A dynamic, interactive space for families to play, create, and challenge their understanding of science. “Impression 5” refers to the five senses and the way each sense is engaged during your visit to the center.
Michigan History Museum | 517-335-2573
This museum presents Michigan’s rich past, from the time of the state’s earliest peoples to the late 20th century. Enjoy five levels of permanent and changing exhibits which include interactive computers, audio-visual presentations, and hands-on elements.
Potter Park Zoo | 517-483-4222
Potter Park Zoo is an AZA accredited zoo featuring more than 160 species of animals. Attractions include a bird and reptile house, feline and primate house, pony and camel rides and Wings of Wonder, which is an exhibit featuring more than 200 birds in free flight. State Capitol Building Tours | 517-373-2348
Guided and self-guided tours are available. Guided tours feature the public areas of the Capitol, including the Rotunda and the Gallery of the Governors. Tours also include access to the Senate and House Galleries when available.
The Riverwalk Theatre | 517-482-5700
Located in downtown Lansing near the banks of the Grand River, this intimate theatre offers a broad spectrum of theatrical performances ranging from children’s theatre to musical comedy to the latest in adult drama and comedy. Riverwalk Theatre’s season runs year-round.
