Parking Information

As of Monday, Aug. 28, 2023, the parking ramp adjacent to Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center is managed by MSU Police and Public Safety. Below is important information for guests to keep in mind as they visit our facility.

Payment kiosks are located in the hotel (two on the lobby level next to the ATM) and in the parking ramp (three on the ground level). For information on special event parking such as athletic events, please visit parking.msu.edu/visitor-parking/special-event-parking.

HOTEL GUESTS

Overnight guests will receive one parking pass per room at the front desk when they check in. Please hang the pass from the rearview mirror of your vehicle. Additional passes are available at the front desk for $20 each (please note they will be $30 each during special events)

Please note reservations made on or after Sept. 1, 2023, will include a parking fee with reservation charges.

CONFERENCE AND EVENT GUESTS

If the event host makes parking arrangements in advance, they will provide you with a code to use in the payment kiosk. If they did not make arrangements, you must pay for parking individually.

STATE ROOM RESTAURANT GUESTS

Guests receive a validation code after making a reservation to use in the payment kiosk. The code is valid for two hours. After the two-hour timeframe, guests are responsible for renewing their parking. Walk-in guests will receive a code from the restaurant host. Please note parking is not included for State Room guests during special events.
