Pop-Up Dinner with Chef Kurt

All inclusive: five courses, five wines, tax & gratuity

Chef Kurt Kwiatkowski returns to the State Room to share his take on global dishes featuring Michigan products. These products include MSU pork, MSU beef and items from the Student Organic Farm and Bailey Greenhouse. Each course will be paired with a Michigan wine from a winemaker that Chef Kurt has worked with closely over the years.
