Thank you for voting in the Food Fight: A Kellogg Chef Competition. With over 240 total votes received on Facebook and in the State Room, we are excited to announce the winner is Matt Wilson! Sign up now to attend chef Matt’s dinner “An Epicurean Tour of the Upper Midwest,” when he will amaze you with his delicious culinary dishes. He will prepare a five-course dinner menu with beverage pairings. This event will have community style seating.

First course
Posen Potato Crusted Thunder Bay Walleye
over sweet corn and wild rice succotash and horseradish chive oil

Second course
Brew City Salad
deep fried Wisconsin cheese curds and grilled bratwurst, micro mirepoix garnish and Pabst Blue Ribbon dipping sauce

Third course
Bloody Mary Granita
all of the flavors of the Midwest’s favorite cocktail frozen into a delicate shaved ice with cornichon garnish
