Executive Sous Chef

Chef Rajeev Patgaonkar brings the flavors of Indian cuisine to the delight of guests at Kellogg’s State Room Restaurant. In 2006 and 2017 Chef Patgaonkar was awarded the prestigious President’s Medallion from the American Culinary Federation in recognition of his service to the culinary profession and the ACF. Also in 2017, he was awarded AAC Chair's Medal and currently serves as AAC Scholarship Chair. Among his many honors, he also won the Thomas Jefferson Award for Culinary Excellence (2001), the L.J. Minor Lifetime Achievement Award (1999) and was named ACF Chef of the Year (1998).
