An Audio Visual Service Fee of $50 per room will be incurred for Audio Visual equipment you provide. The fee includes an Audio Visual cart, extension cord and technical support. Additional services such as audio recording and video recording may also be arranged. Please add applicable 20% service charge. Please consult your coordinator for additional information and pricing. |
